You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. By using this site you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
All orders are subject to availability. Ghost Drop Pizza operates on a limited-quantity weekly drop model. Once the weekly quantity is sold out, ordering closes for that drop. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment if quantities are exhausted before your order is confirmed and paid.
Each drop is a one-time offering. Menus are not repeated. We reserve the right to modify menu items, prices, and availability at any time without prior notice.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are inclusive of applicable items but exclusive of sales tax, which will be calculated and added at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Square. By placing an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount due including tax and any applicable delivery fee.
Pickup is available during the designated Saturday window specified at the time of ordering. Delivery is available within our stated delivery radius for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be refunded.
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the limited-quantity drop model, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order, in which case a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If you have a concern about your order please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup or delivery.

These messages may include drop announcements, order updates, and promotional content. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fresno County, California.
